Welcome to the home of Keep Fit in Hampshire. This website is dedicated to the Hampshire region of the national keep fit association. It aims to bring you details of classes and events taking place locally, along with information about the national meetings, events and KFA community.

KFA REGISTERED TEACHERS. Fully qualified teachers who provide safe and effective movement in their classes, through exercise and dance. All teachers are responsible for designing their own class programmes, which offer a balanced approach to regular, beneficial exercise........> Read more

KFA MEMBERSHIP. Why become a member? To help ensure the continuation of the KFA. A non-profit making organisation, run by volunteers for the benefit of all members and anyone else attending KFA classes........> Read more

KFA RALLIES. All rallies held are to support the KFA and obtain funds for the chosen charities. They usually consist of a programme of events ranging from displays by both teachers and class members, to open sessions taken by various teachers, open to all.......> Read more
